In addition to providing consulting to CEOS, Boards, Owners and Executives, Joe has been Global Head of Business Transformation for Lloyd’s of London leading all strategic, infrastructure, and regulatory change. Prior to Lloyd’s, Joe held several senior executive roles for Zurich Insurance, based in both the US and Europe, leading across the globe. Roles included Global Chief of Staff General Insurance and Head of Organizational Transformation, Global Head of Agents and Direct Business for Global Life, and CMO Global Life. Prior to Zurich, Joe held roles of CMO, Head of Distribution, and Customer Experience Director for Openwork, Farmers Insurance and Ohio State Life.

Joe has an MBA, with concentration in strategic management, from California State University, a BA in Marketing from the Ohio State University, and executive education from Rutgers in Digital Strategy and Social Media. He values and promotes diversity through board, panel and volunteering for International Family Equality, Gender Inclusion Network in London, Wellbeing Champions, and various other education organizations.
